SEAJET 021 EKO – biocide-free antifouling Self-polishing antifouling free of biocides and copper, kinder to the environment SEAJET 021 EKO is a self-polishing antifouling for the underwater hull that contains no biocides. Rather than relying on toxic substances, it works through controlled erosion: in contact with water, the surface layer of the coating slowly hydrolyses and is constantly renewed, so algae, barnacles and other fouling find it hard to attach permanently to the hull. The coating wears away evenly while under way and keeps the surface smooth throughout the season. It is suitable for owners who want more environmentally friendly protection, especially for boating on inland waters (lakes, rivers) and in areas with moderate fouling. Advantages Free of biocides and copper – kinder to the aquatic environment Self-polishing action – the surface is constantly renewed, with no build-up of old layers For all substrates, including aluminium – GRP, wood, steel and aluminium (with the correct primer) For fresh and salt water For boats up to 40 knots Up to one season of protection with two coats Technical data Colours: white, black, dark blue (navy) Pack sizes: 0.75 l / 2.5 l / 5 l / 20 l Coverage: approx. 10 m²/l per coat (theoretical, at 40 µm dry film) Film thickness: 100 µm wet / 40 µm dry per coat Application: brush, roller; spraying for professional use only Thinner: SEAJET Thinner A (0–5 %) Application temperature: air 5–35 °C, substrate 7–35 °C Shelf life: at least 2 years at 20 °C Drying times (at 20 °C and 40 µm) Touch dry: 1 hour Fully dry: 4 hours Recoat: after at least 7 hours Launching: after at least 12 hours Recommended coating system GRP and steel: 3 coats of SEAJET 117 Epoxy Primer (silver) + 2 coats of SEAJET 021 EKO Wood: 2 coats of SEAJET 015 Underwater Primer + 2 coats of SEAJET 021 EKO Aluminium: 3 coats of SEAJET 117 Epoxy Primer + 2 coats of SEAJET 021 EKO Over existing antifouling: clean the surface, check compatibility and apply 1 coat of SEAJET 015 as a barrier coat Directions for use The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, salt and fouling. Lightly sand the old coating and remove the dust. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply at least 2 coats. Apply an extra coat to exposed areas – the leading edge of the keel, the waterline, the rudder and the drive units. Observe the recoat interval and the minimum time before launching. Tip Drying times are longer at low temperatures and high humidity. For areas with heavy fouling (e.g. warm seas), consider a stronger biocidal antifouling.

SEAJET 027 SAIKŌ – copper-free self-polishing antifouling High-performance copper-free antifouling, also suitable for aluminium hulls and sterndrives SEAJET 027 SAIKŌ is a self-polishing antifouling based on a special resin that contains no copper. In contact with water, the surface layer of the coating renews itself slowly and evenly, making it hard for fouling to take hold on the hull and preventing old layers from building up. An added co-biocide effectively prevents the formation of slime (biofilm), which is often the first step towards fouling by algae and barnacles. Because it contains no copper, it is a safe choice for aluminium hulls, sterndrives and outboard motors. It is available in light colours, including pure white. Advantages Copper-free – no risk of galvanic corrosion, suitable for aluminium Self-polishing action – a smooth hull and less build-up of old layers at the next refit Slime protection – added co-biocide against biofilm For all substrates: GRP, wood, steel and aluminium (with the correct primer) For salt and fresh water The smooth surface reduces drag, which means better speed and lower fuel consumption Bright, long-lasting colours, including white Technical data Colours: white, dark blue (navy), black, platinum grey Pack sizes: 0.75 l / 2.5 l / 5 l / 20 l Coverage: approx. 10 m²/l per coat (theoretical, at 40 µm dry film) Film thickness: 100 µm wet / 40 µm dry per coat Application: brush, roller; spraying for professional use only Thinner: SEAJET Thinner A (0–5 %) Application temperature: air 5–35 °C, substrate 7–35 °C Shelf life: at least 2 years at 20 °C Drying times (at 20 °C and 40 µm) Touch dry: 1 hour Fully dry: 4 hours Recoat: after at least 7 hours Recommended coating system GRP and steel: SEAJET 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer + 2 coats of SEAJET 027 SAIKŌ Wood: SEAJET 015 Underwater Primer + 2 coats of SEAJET 027 SAIKŌ Aluminium: SEAJET 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer + 2 coats of SEAJET 027 SAIKŌ Over existing antifouling: check compatibility; if the existing coating is unknown or incompatible, first apply SEAJET 015 as a barrier coat Directions for use The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, salt and fouling. Lightly sand the old coating and remove the dust. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply at least 2 coats. Apply an extra coat to exposed areas – the leading edge of the keel, the waterline, the rudder and the drive units. Allow the coating to dry completely before launching. Tip Drying times are longer at low temperatures and high humidity. Never apply a copper-based antifouling to aluminium – SEAJET 027 SAIKŌ is the right choice for these hulls.

SEAJET Clear Coat – clear silicone coating for underwater lights, transducers and bow thrusters Biocide-free foul-release protection – lights stay bright, transducers stay accurate, bow thrusters stay efficient SEAJET Clear Coat is a clear foul-release coating designed to protect underwater lights, transducers (depth sounder, sonar and speed log sensors) and bow thrusters against fouling. It creates an exceptionally smooth, slippery surface to which algae, mussels and barnacles cannot attach firmly – any fouling only clings loosely and is washed away by the water flow while under way, or can simply be rinsed off. Because the coating is completely clear, it does not reduce the brightness of underwater lights or interfere with transducers. Conventional antifoulings are unsuitable for these parts – they are opaque and can impair the equipment's performance. Advantages Completely clear – does not reduce light output Does not interfere with transducers and sensors Foul-release action – fouling cannot attach firmly and is washed off Long-lasting protection Easy cleaning For salt and fresh water For boats up to 40 knots High coverage – a small pack is enough for several parts Applications Underwater lights Transducers and sensors (depth sounder, sonar, speed log) Bow thrusters and their tunnels Other small underwater parts Substrates: aluminium and alloys, GRP, steel, wood. Technical data Colour: clear Pack size: 0.25 l Coverage: approx. 20 m²/l Use: below the waterline Directions for use Clean the part thoroughly – remove fouling, dirt and old coating. Degrease the surface (e.g. with SEAJET Thinner A) and let it dry completely. Stir the coating well before use. Apply in thin, even coats by brush. Allow the coating to dry completely before launching. Maintenance Clean coated parts from time to time with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use scrapers or abrasive products, which would damage the silicone surface. Tip Do not let the silicone spread onto other surfaces – other paints will adhere poorly to them afterwards. Mask off the surrounding area with tape. Never paint zinc anodes. Safety labelling (GHS/CLP)

SEAJET Pellerclean – biocide-free propeller protection (set) Foul-release coating for propellers, shafts and trim tabs – fouling can't get a grip, and whatever does settle is washed away by the water SEAJET Pellerclean is a biocide-free kit that protects propellers and drive components against fouling. It works on the foul-release principle: it creates an exceptionally smooth, slippery surface to which mussels, barnacles and algae cannot firmly attach. Any growth is washed off by the water flow while under way, and the rest comes off with light cleaning. Your propeller stays clean, which means better efficiency, higher speed, lower fuel consumption and less vibration. Pellerclean is an environmentally friendly solution with long-lasting performance. Set contents Pellerclean Primer – two-component epoxy primer (base + hardener) Pellerclean Clear Coat – clear foul-release topcoat Small set (315 ml): base 157 ml + hardener 43 ml + topcoat 115 ml – sufficient for approx. 0.7 m² (propeller and leg of an outboard motor up to approx. 150 hp) Large set (1750 ml): sufficient for approx. 3.9–4 m² Benefits Biocide-free – environmentally friendly protection Foul-release action – fouling cannot attach firmly and is washed off Clean propeller – better efficiency, lower fuel consumption and less vibration Long-lasting protection For all propeller metals: bronze, stainless steel, steel, aluminium For salt, brackish and fresh water For boats up to 30 knots Everything in one set – primer and topcoat Areas of use Propellers, propeller shafts, sterndrive legs, outboard motors, trim tabs and other underwater metal parts. SEAJET Pellerclean Clear Coat – silicone topcoat (refill for the small or large set) Refresh your propeller's foul-release protection without reapplying the entire system SEAJET Pellerclean Clear Coat is the clear silicone foul-release topcoat from the SEAJET Pellerclean system, available separately as a refill. It is designed to renew protection on propellers, shafts, outdrives and trim tabs that are already protected with the Pellerclean system. The silicone layer creates an extremely smooth, slippery surface to which fouling cannot firmly attach – any growth is washed off by the water flow while under way. In areas of heavy cavitation (propeller blade edges), the topcoat gradually wears away, so it is advisable to renew it every season. With this product you can do so quickly and economically, without removing the primer. Which pack size should you choose? For the small set (315 ml): Clear Coat 115 ml – approx. 0.7 m² For the large set (1750 ml): Clear Coat 1250 ml – approx. 3.9 m² Benefits Biocide-free – environmentally friendly protection Quick seasonal renewal of foul-release protection Economical – no need to buy the complete set Clean propeller – better efficiency and lower fuel consumption For salt, brackish and fresh water When to use it? Seasonal renewal of an existing Pellerclean system that is still intact Local touch-up in areas of heavy wear and cavitation Clear Coat is applied exclusively over the SEAJET Pellerclean system (over Pellerclean Primer or existing Clear Coat). It will not adhere to bare metal, other coatings or antifouling – for new protection, use the complete SEAJET Pellerclean set. Instructions for use Wash the existing Pellerclean system thoroughly with fresh water and remove any growth. Do not sand, and do not apply primer over the topcoat. Allow the surface to dry completely. Stir Clear Coat thoroughly before use. Apply at least 2 coats – the second coat after 30 minutes. For best protection, use the entire contents of the pack. Allow the coating to dry completely before launching. Tip Repair damaged areas where bare metal is visible with the complete system (primer + topcoat). Never paint over zinc anodes. Safety labelling (GHS/CLP) Pictogram: GHS02 Signal word: WARNING H226 Flammable liquid and vapour. EUH208 Contains 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and N-(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)ethylenediamine. SEAJET RIBCOAT – foul-release protection for rigid inflatable boats (set) The first biocide-free silicone system developed specifically for RIBs – for hull and tubes SEAJET RIBCOAT is the first biocide-free foul-release system developed specifically for rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) that stay in the water for long periods. The set combines a crystal-clear two-component epoxy primer with a silicone elastomer topcoat that creates an exceptionally smooth, water-repellent surface. Fouling cannot attach firmly to it – at speeds above approx. 15–20 knots the hull cleans itself, and any residue can be removed with a soft sponge or a low-pressure wash. Because the system is clear, your RIB keeps its original look and colour. The silicone coating is elastic enough for PVC and Hypalon tubes, so one set protects both hull and tubes. Set contents (1.75 l) RIBCOAT Primer – base 450 ml RIBCOAT Primer – hardener 300 ml RIBCOAT Finish – silicone topcoat 1 l One set is enough for a RIB of approx. 4–5 m in length. Larger boats require more sets. Advantages Biocide-free – environmentally friendly protection Foul-release action – self-cleaning while under way For hull and tubes – suitable for PVC and Hypalon Clear – keeps the RIB's original look Better glide – quicker engine response, higher speed and lower fuel consumption Adds no weight to the boat Easy maintenance – no scraping and no harsh cleaners For salt and fresh water, for boats up to 40 knots Applications Rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) moored in the water for long periods. Never paint zinc anodes. Safety labelling (GHS/CLP)

SEAJET Tie Coat – tie coat for the SEOSIL silicone system The essential intermediate layer that ensures silicone adhesion and determines the hull colour SEAJET Tie Coat is a one-component, fast-drying tie coat developed specifically for the SEAJET SEOSIL (Bioclean Eco) silicone foul-release system. Silicone does not adhere to the substrate or conventional coatings on its own, so Tie Coat acts as a bridge between the primer or old antifouling and the silicone, ensuring lasting adhesion and a long service life for the entire system. Since SEOSIL is transparent, Tie Coat determines the final hull colour. A major advantage is that it can be applied directly over existing, well-adhered antifouling – there is no need to remove the old coating. Advantages Ensures adhesion of the SEOSIL silicone coating Application over existing antifouling – no need to remove the old coating (if in good condition) Determines the hull colour – available in 4 colours One-component – no mixing and no pot life limit Fast drying – surface dry in just 40 minutes For all materials: GRP, wood, steel and aluminium (with the correct primer) Technical data Colours: white, black, dark blue (navy), red Pack sizes: 0.75 l / 2.5 l Coverage: approx. 15 m²/l per coat (theoretical, by roller) Film thickness: 100 µm wet / 30 µm dry per coat Application: brush, roller; spraying for professional use only Thinner: SEAJET Thinner A (15–25 %) Application temperature: air 5–35 °C, substrate at least 7 °C, humidity up to 85 % Shelf life: 2 years at 20 °C Drying times (at 20 °C) Surface dry: 40 minutes Fully dry: 4 hours Next coat of Tie Coat: after at least 4–5 hours (no maximum) Application of SEAJET SEOSIL: after at least 12 hours Coating system New GRP and steel: SEAJET 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer (silver) + 2 coats of SEAJET Tie Coat + 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL Wood: SEAJET 015 Underwater Primer + 2 coats of SEAJET Tie Coat + 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL Existing antifouling (in good condition): sand with P100 sandpaper + 2 coats of SEAJET Tie Coat + 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL Instructions for use The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, salt and fouling.
