SEAJET 037 COASTAL – hard antifouling for coastal and inland waters Reliable, affordable hard antifouling for sailing yachts and motor boats up to 70 knots SEAJET 037 COASTAL is a hard (hard matrix) antifouling based on a special synthetic resin, designed for leisure sailing yachts and motor boats. It forms a hard, mechanically resistant film that does not wear away while under way, making it suitable for fast boats up to 70 knots and for moorings where the boat dries out at low tide (drying moorings). It works effectively in coastal and inland waters – at sea, on lakes and on rivers. Thanks to its attractive price, wide choice of colours and easy application, it is an excellent choice for owners looking for reliable, durable protection without special requirements. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, salt and fouling. Lightly sand the old coating and remove the dust. 2. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. 3. Apply at least 2 coats. Apply an extra coat to exposed areas – the leading edge of the keel, the waterline, the rudder and drive parts. 4. Allow the paint to dry completely before applying the next coat and before launching. Tip The colour may change slightly after launching; this is normal and does not affect performance. As this is a hard antifouling, old layers build up over time – sand thoroughly before recoating. Never paint over zinc anodes.
