SEAJET Pellerclean Clear Coat – silicone topcoat (refill for the small or large set) Refresh your propeller's foul-release protection without reapplying the entire system SEAJET Pellerclean Clear Coat is the clear silicone foul-release topcoat from the SEAJET Pellerclean system, available separately as a refill. It is designed to renew protection on propellers, shafts, outdrives and trim tabs that are already protected with the Pellerclean system. The silicone layer creates an extremely smooth, slippery surface to which fouling cannot firmly attach – any growth is washed off by the water flow while under way. In areas of heavy cavitation (propeller blade edges), the topcoat gradually wears away, so it is advisable to renew it every season. With this product you can do so quickly and economically, without removing the primer. Which pack size should you choose? Seasonal renewal of an existing Pellerclean system that is still intact Local touch-up in areas of heavy wear and cavitation Clear Coat is applied exclusively over the SEAJET Pellerclean system (over Pellerclean Primer or existing Clear Coat). It will not adhere to bare metal, other coatings or antifouling – for new protection, use the complete SEAJET Pellerclean set. Instructions for use 1. Wash the existing Pellerclean system thoroughly with fresh water and remove any growth. Do not sand, and do not apply primer over the topcoat. 2. Allow the surface to dry completely. 3. Stir Clear Coat thoroughly before use. 4. Apply at least 2 coats – the second coat after 30 minutes. 5. For best protection, use the entire contents of the pack. 6. Allow the coating to dry completely before launching. Tip Repair damaged areas where bare metal is visible with the complete system (primer + topcoat). Never paint over zinc anodes. SEAJET Pellerclean – biocide-free propeller protection (set) Foul-release coating for propellers, shafts and trim tabs – fouling can't get a grip, and whatever does settle is washed away by the water SEAJET Pellerclean is a biocide-free kit that protects propellers and drive components against fouling. It works on the foul-release principle: it creates an exceptionally smooth, slippery surface to which mussels, barnacles and algae cannot firmly attach. Any growth is washed off by the water flow while under way, and the rest comes off with light cleaning. Your propeller stays clean, which means better efficiency, higher speed, lower fuel consumption and less vibration. Pellerclean is an environmentally friendly solution with long-lasting performance.
