SEAJET 120 UV Varnish – high-gloss wood varnish with UV protection Traditional one-component tung oil varnish – deep gloss and long-lasting protection for wood against sun and sea SEAJET 120 UV Varnish is a traditional one-component tung oil-based varnish designed to protect and bring out the beauty of the wood on your boat. It contains UV absorbers that shield the wood from harmful sunlight, prevent greying and discolouration, and extend the life of the coating. It builds a high, deep gloss and a smooth, taut surface that beautifully enhances the natural grain and colour of the wood. The varnish is abrasion-resistant and suitable for all wooden parts above the waterline – on deck, below deck or outdoors. Advantages UV protection – the wood does not grey or lose its colour High, deep gloss – a “glass-like” finish when built up in several coats Tung oil-based – an elastic film that moves with the wood Abrasion-resistant One-component – no mixing, easy to use For interior and exterior use Resistant to salt, brackish and fresh water (not for prolonged immersion) Area of use Wooden parts above the waterline: rails, handrails, wooden battens and trim, doors, hatches, helm, boat furniture and interior joinery, masts and other wooden parts. Not suitable for items that are immersed in water for long periods. Technical data Gloss: high gloss Pack sizes: 0.75 l / 2.5 l Coverage: approx. 12–14 m²/l per coat Dry film thickness: approx. 40 µm per coat Application: brush; spray Thinner: SEAJET Thinner U Application temperature: at least 5 °C, humidity up to 80 % Drying times (at 20 °C) Touch dry: 12 hours Recoat: after 24 hours Recommended number of coats and thinning For a deep, “glass-like” finish, apply 5–6 coats: 1st coat: thinned up to 50 % with SEAJET Thinner U (penetrates and saturates the wood) 2nd coat: thinned up to 25 % 3rd and subsequent coats: thinned up to 10 % Directions for use New wood: sand along the grain, remove dust and degrease. Clean oily woods (teak, iroko) with thinner before varnishing. Refinishing: remove damaged or flaking varnish back to sound wood and sand the remaining varnish thoroughly. Apply with a good-quality brush in thin, even coats along the grain. Between coats, lightly sand the surface with P320–P400 abrasive paper and remove the dust. For best results, varnish in the morning in dry weather so the coating can dry sufficiently before the evening damp sets in. Tip Maintain wooden surfaces regularly – once a year, sand lightly and apply 1–2 fresh coats. This way you avoid the costly job of stripping all the varnish.

On requestThis item is intended for B2B sales. International Intersmooth 7640 HS SPC is a high-solids self-polishing antifouling based on Copper Acrylate SPC (Self Polishing Copolymer) technology, designed for long-term protection of ship hulls against fouling by algae, shellfish, slime and other marine organisms. The coating provides controlled surface polishing throughout its entire service life, continuously renewing the active protective layer and keeping the underwater surface smooth. The product is free of TBT (tributyltin) and is designed for professional use on commercial vessels and ships that require long-term protection and high performance. Thanks to its high solids content, it allows faster application, less material loss and lower volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions compared with conventional antifouling systems. SPC technology is based on a chemical reaction with seawater, which ensures a predictable polishing rate and even biocide release throughout the entire period of use. As a result, the build-up of inactive surface layers is reduced, hull hydrodynamics are improved and fuel consumption is lowered. Intersmooth 7640 HS SPC is suitable for use in protection systems of up to 60 months between drydockings, depending on the number of coats, vessel activity and operating conditions. Key features Copper Acrylate SPC technology Self-polishing antifouling with controlled wear Free of TBT and organotin compounds High solids content (54%) Low friction and smooth hull surface Reduced build-up of old paint layers Up to 60 months of protection between drydockings Suitable for professional and commercial vessels Application by airless spray, roller or brush Reduced VOC emissions

Woodskin has a microporous structure that lets the wood breathe like skin. The tiny pores keep the coating flexible while still keeping water out. Woodskin is very easy to apply, as it builds a very thin surface layer, so it does not crack. Flexible protective wood coating with long-lasting UV protection International Woodskin is a one-component, microporous protective wood coating designed specifically for the demanding marine environment. It combines the properties of an oil and a varnish, giving wooden surfaces long-lasting protection against UV radiation, moisture, weathering and cracking. Unlike traditional varnishes, Woodskin does not form a hard, brittle surface film; instead it creates a flexible protective layer that moves with the natural shrinking and swelling of the wood. This reduces the risk of peeling and cracking and avoids laborious stripping of old coats when refinishing. The coating penetrates deep into the wood and brings out its natural look and grain. It is suitable for hardwoods and softwoods above the waterline, including doors, windows, rails, handrails, masts and other wooden parts of the boat. Because maintenance is so easy, there is usually no need to sand back to bare wood before a maintenance coat, which significantly cuts maintenance time. Key features Flexible protective wood coating Combines the properties of an oil and a varnish Long-lasting UV protection Microporous formulation Does not crack or peel like traditional varnishes Enhances the natural look of the wood Suitable for hardwoods and softwoods Easy maintenance and refinishing For use above the waterline Suitable for marine and exterior wooden surfaces Note: Always consult the latest manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use for detailed instructions regarding application, dilution and surface compatibility.

Protective sealer (oil) for teak – step 3 of the JustTeak system JustTeak Teak Sealer is a marine-grade penetrating teak oil designed to protect better than conventional teak oils. It is the final step in the JustTeak teak restoration system: after cleaning (step 1) and brightening (step 2), it protects and nourishes the wood and restores a beautiful, even appearance. It is suitable for teak decks on boats and for teak garden furniture. The sealer penetrates deep into the wood and slows down the greying of teak caused by UV radiation. It protects against rain, stains, mould and mildew, and the surface does not become slippery after application – which is especially important on deck. Available in two shades: Natural and ClearTone. Key features Marine-grade penetrating teak oil Excellent UV protection – slows the greying of the wood Resistant to rain and stains Protection against mould and mildew Non-slip surface For teak decks and garden furniture Shades: Natural and ClearTone Coverage: approx. 5.5 m²/L with two coats Drying times (at 23 °C) Next coat: after 15–30 minutes (when touch dry) Foot traffic: after 3 hours Rainproof: after 6 hours Directions for use First clean and brighten the teak with JustTeak cleaner (step 1) and brightener (step 2). Stir the sealer occasionally while working to keep the shade even. Apply the sealer generously with a cloth, brush or pad along the direction of the planks. Once touch dry, apply another 1–2 coats until the wood no longer absorbs the sealer. Wipe off any excess with a cloth wherever the sealer has not soaked into the wood. Important: All the sealer must soak into the wood – do not let puddles collect on the surface and dry there. Tip: Allow the teak to dry completely after cleaning before applying. For best results, use the complete JustTeak system – cleaner, brightener and sealer.
