SEAJET Pellerclean – biocide-free propeller protection (set) Foul-release coating for propellers, shafts and trim tabs – fouling can't get a grip, and whatever does settle is washed away by the water SEAJET Pellerclean is a biocide-free kit that protects propellers and drive components against fouling. It works on the foul-release principle: it creates an exceptionally smooth, slippery surface to which mussels, barnacles and algae cannot firmly attach. Any growth is washed off by the water flow while under way, and the rest comes off with light cleaning. Your propeller stays clean, which means better efficiency, higher speed, lower fuel consumption and less vibration. Pellerclean is an environmentally friendly solution with long-lasting performance. Technical data Colour: golden brown / beige primer, clear topcoat Packaging: 315 ml set / 1750 ml set Coverage: approx. 0.7 m² (small set) / approx. 4 m² (large set) Primer mixing ratio: 79 : 21 (by volume) or 85 : 15 (by weight) – base : hardener Application: brush Shelf life: up to 3 years at 20 °C Instructions for use Preparation: remove all dirt, fouling and any old coating or antifouling from the parts. Sand the surface with P80 sandpaper down to bare metal, remove the dust and degrease. Primer: mix the base and hardener thoroughly. Apply the 1st coat. The second coat can be applied after 15 minutes (at 20 °C) and no later than 7 days. Topcoat: stir the Clear Coat well and apply it within 30 minutes of the last primer coat. After 30 minutes, apply a second coat of topcoat. Allow the coating to dry completely before launching. Tip Work in a dry, well-ventilated area at temperatures above 15 °C. Observe the short recoat intervals – the topcoat bonds best to primer that is still fresh. Never paint over zinc anodes. SEAJET PELLERCLEAN / SILICONE FOR SMALL OR LARGE SET

SEAJET Pellerclean Clear Coat – silicone topcoat (refill for the small or large set) Refresh your propeller's foul-release protection without reapplying the entire system SEAJET Pellerclean Clear Coat is the clear silicone foul-release topcoat from the SEAJET Pellerclean system, available separately as a refill. It is designed to renew protection on propellers, shafts, outdrives and trim tabs that are already protected with the Pellerclean system. The silicone layer creates an extremely smooth, slippery surface to which fouling cannot firmly attach – any growth is washed off by the water flow while under way. In areas of heavy cavitation (propeller blade edges), the topcoat gradually wears away, so it is advisable to renew it every season. With this product you can do so quickly and economically, without removing the primer. Which pack size should you choose? Seasonal renewal of an existing Pellerclean system that is still intact Local touch-up in areas of heavy wear and cavitation Clear Coat is applied exclusively over the SEAJET Pellerclean system (over Pellerclean Primer or existing Clear Coat). It will not adhere to bare metal, other coatings or antifouling – for new protection, use the complete SEAJET Pellerclean set. Instructions for use Wash the existing Pellerclean system thoroughly with fresh water and remove any growth. Do not sand, and do not apply primer over the topcoat. Allow the surface to dry completely. Stir Clear Coat thoroughly before use. Apply at least 2 coats – the second coat after 30 minutes. For best protection, use the entire contents of the pack. Allow the coating to dry completely before launching. Tip Repair damaged areas where bare metal is visible with the complete system (primer + topcoat). Never paint over zinc anodes. SEAJET Triple Pack – protection kit for propellers and drive parts Everything you need to protect your propeller from fouling – primer and premium antifouling in one kit SEAJET Triple Pack is a complete coating system for propellers, sterndrive legs, shafts and trim tabs. The kit contains three components: the two-component epoxy primer SEAJET 114 Propeller Primer (base + hardener) and the high-performance self-polishing antifouling SEAJET 034 EMPEROR A. Propellers and drive parts are particularly hard to protect because of high revs, cavitation and the metal substrate – ordinary antifouling adheres poorly and quickly flakes off. SEAJET 114 has been developed specifically for aluminium, aluminium alloys and bronze and provides excellent adhesion, while EMPEROR A is suitable for aluminium and delivers reliable protection all season long. The quantity is sized for the propeller and drive of one boat. Trilux Prop-O-Drev is a spray-applied antifouling for propellers and metal parts that keeps fouling away and provides long-lasting protection in the water. Hard antifouling for propellers, sterndrives and underwater metal parts. International Trilux Prop-O-Drev is a hard antifouling specially developed to protect propellers, sterndrives, outboard motors, trim tabs and other underwater metal parts against fouling by algae, slime, barnacles and other marine organisms. Thanks to its special formulation, it is suitable for use on aluminium, stainless steel and other metals when used with the appropriate primer. The coating forms a durable, low-friction protective layer that helps reduce the adhesion of marine organisms to the surface. It is designed for areas where conventional antifouling coatings often lack sufficient durability due to the high loads acting on propellers and drive systems. Trilux Prop-O-Drev is applied from an aerosol can, making it easy to coat even hard-to-reach areas and complex shapes. Fast drying and simple application cut down the time needed to get the boat ready for the season. For optimum adhesion, the manufacturer recommends using the system together with International Propeller Primer or VC Prop-O-Drev Primer. The coating is suitable for use in salt, fresh and brackish water and is an effective solution for protecting drive systems against fouling throughout the boating season.
