Cruiser 250 is a classic polishing antifouling that provides lasting protection for boats at sea. It delivers one year of protection in all but the most severe fouling conditions. Self-polishing antifouling for year-round boat protection International Cruiser 250 is a high-quality self-polishing antifouling designed to protect the underwater hull from fouling by algae, slime, weed and barnacles. It is suitable for use in salt, fresh and brackish water and provides effective protection for up to one season, or roughly one year of use. The coating uses polishing antifouling technology, in which the surface is gradually renewed during use. This ensures constant active protection of the hull and reduces the build-up of thick layers of old paint, making future maintenance easier. Cruiser 250 is suitable for sailing yachts and motor boats up to approximately 25 knots. It can be used on GRP (polyester), wood, steel and lead with a suitable primer system. It is not suitable for direct application to aluminium surfaces. Fast drying makes maintenance work efficient, and the coating leaves a smooth hull surface that helps reduce water drag and preserve the boat's performance.
